When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we keep a record of the conversation so we can reply and follow up on your booking.

How we use your information

We use your details to assess and process invitation requests, confirm passage bookings, arrange guest logistics with our marina, hotel and transfer partners, and reply to your enquiries.

We may also use your email address to send you updates about Caribbean Yacht Week 2027. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Sharing your information

We share guest details only with the partners who need them to deliver the passage: marinas, catamaran operators, hotels, transfer providers and tourism authorities.

We never sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

Storage and security

Invitation requests and enquiries are stored securely and accessed only by members of the Caribbean Yacht Week reservations team who need them to serve you.

We keep your information only as long as needed to handle your request, complete your booking, and meet any legal record-keeping duties.
